Final two groups have finished at DreamHack Bucharest with Na`Vi, Astana Dragons, VeryGames and Lemondogs advancing to the quarter-finals.
VeryGames easily defeated Refuse 16-7 on de_nuke_se to begin their campaign in Romania, and followed it up with a 16-12 win, a comeback from a 2-11 deficit, versus Lemondogs on de_dust2_se.
The Swedes had no trouble with Tessa, and were able to defeat Refuse 16-8 on de_mirage_ce after a slow 2-6 start to secure a second place finish in group C, knocking the Serbians out.
Who will prevail in the playoffs?
In group D Na`Vi and Astana Dragons both easily defeated the local Romanian teams, setting up their first match-up on LAN. Na`Vi started better, but weren't able to hold onto their lead and lost the game 10-16.
With Yegor "markeloff" Markelov's team having topped the group, all that was left was for his former team Natus Vincere to take down FAW, which they did with a 16-3 score, to book a playoff spot.
